Melody Partridge

Melody Partridge started as a substitute in our Early Learning program. Her passion and skill were consistently recognized as she steadily took on new challenges and responsibilities, eventually earning a BA in Early Education and becoming the Program Manager of the Early Learning Program in 2017. In 2021, Melody branched out to take over the leadership of the Employment Services Program, as well, and her title became Director of Early Education and Employment Services. In 2022, Mel joined Innovative’s executive team and has now been promoted to Vice President. Mel’s long tenure with Innovative, along with her 20 years’ experience working with children and adults with disabilities, makes her an invaluable asset, still passionate about helping Innovative accomplish our mission. Melody has been with Innovative since 2008.
