Serving Clark County since 1963, Innovative Services NW values, assists and supports children, adults and families in our community who have disabilities or other disadvantages. Our services include:
- Pediatric therapy (including speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, educational, and specialty therapies) for both Early Intervention and Private Pay
- Childcare for children of all abilities and income levels
- Adult Day Health Care for senior citizens and adults with disabilities
- Supervised Visitation for families involved with the foster care system
- Respite for families with children who have special needs
- Case Aide for physically or sexually aggressive foster youth who need one-on-one mentoring
- Transitions services for foster youth 15-24 aging out of the foster care system and the Youth Access Workgroup (a group of community providers working together to improve services in Clark County for at-risk youth
- Child Placement Agency Services recruiting new foster parents
- Parenting Plan Mediation a partnership with Community Mediation Services (CMS), another local nonprofit, to provide parenting plan mediation services that are grant funded to income-eligible parent
- Employment training and job support for adults with disabilities or employment barriers through both our Group Supported Employment Program specializing in Janitorial Services and our Individual Placement Program
- Maximize individual independence and potential functioning
- Develop respect, acceptance and recognition of individuals with disabilities.
- Increase opportunities of inclusive community.
- Enhance opportunities for choice and contribution of individuals with disabilities in the community
- Connect families to available community resources and provide needed family support.
